About me
When you've spent years in an emotional desert as a child, you remember with astonishing accuracy the few oases where you were finally able to quench your thirst.

Sometimes it's the body that remembers best.

And it often takes just one person who, as Alice Miller says, bears witness to what was bubbling up inside us without being understood, to give us hope and make us feel (re)alive and pull us out of the abyss...

This is what led me down this path and what still motivates my approach during Feeling-Seen sessions.
